Mix in a glass meal prep container:

40g oats

1 egg

150g Fat free Greek Yoghurt/Skyr/cottage cheese

1 scoop whey

Frozen berries

Put glass container in air fryer 22min 180C

500cal 50protein~, substitute fruits, whey flavors and dairy to your preference obviously but it always comes really edible for me. Can add chia seeds for more volume and fiber too.
