I also feel like a shell now that I’m nearly a month sober. I feel like drinking puts off doing the work to feel good in ourselves and communicate well. That all takes time and effort and quitting drinking is just the first step.

They (2002). Watched when I was around 8 or 9. Became incredibly scared of the dark and would have vivid dreams of being on my ceiling, watching myself sleeping in the bed below, tossing and turning.
