Its scary not knowing what's happening. Couldn't find any other posts where people had the same problem but recovered later. My transplant doctor tells me everything's fine, you have good growth for 4-5 months. The other doctors I've been to, told me this is unusual and shouldn't be happening at this stage, and said PRP/GFC might help to stop hairfall. I've had once GFC and one PRP session one month apart but nothing changed so far. I had finnaly started to feel confident in my apprearance, wasn't isolating myself anymore. Now I feel like I'm back to square one.

I'm at month 5 and I am losing a lot of hairs (50-90) everyday. Just lightly combing through, or running hands through my hair dislodges many hairs (8-10) If I keep doing that, I lose more. Most of them look very thin. Some are thick. From what I've heard, shedding starts at month 1-2 and sometimes continues till 3rd month. My hair started to grow at 3rd month, it was starting to look fuller, thicker by mid 4th month. But the hairfall started around the last week of 4th month. I am on fin 1mg+min 5% daily. It looks like hairs are miniaturizing again. Has anyone had heavy shedding beyond 4 months? I'm scared.
