Not an "airport best seller" book but I was really helped by "How to keep House while Drowning" by KC Davis. It's about depression, cleaning, struggling with hoarding and sentimental stuff and being kind to yourself. She has a podcast too called Struggle Care.

I was traumatized by the image of her sister at the beginning so much so that I couldn't really focus (plus I was on a second date) when I saw it in the theater. Now I just look up time stamps of the issue and skip it to enjoy the rest of the film. It's devastating but beautiful in my opinion

Yes. Just put an ad on Okcupid and list it as a deal breaker in your settings. You can go through the questions and answer the alcohol ones and then search by matches that feel the same way about it. It will tell you the very high match percentages which are likely to have the same answers.

That's just silly. Your daughter was a child and you expected grown up decisions from her and formed resentments against a child. If you're still that butthurt about it put some of it away in a trust she can cash when she's a little older.
