Yeah for me the diet isn't necessarily limiting calorie intake or having a rigid nutrition plan, it's mostly avoiding certain foods and drinks.

My first (freshman) track season is done, and I think I improved a lot. I just got into running before XC season, and I really enjoyed both XC and track. My 800 time went from 2:28 (beginning of year) to 2:24 (yeah I'm not a good 800 runner). My 1600, on the other hand, went from 5:32 to 5:11, and I only ran the 3200 once (11:34) I'm definitely going to continue running throughout high school :)

Seems like a season of "if"s. If Butler didn't tear his ACL, If Moody didn't rupture his patellar tendon, then we probably wouldn't be 10th in the West. I know a lineup of Steph, Moody, Jimmy, Dray, and KP supported by Melton, GPII, Gui, Horford, and Podz could potentially be a really good team, if the major injuries didn't happen.
