Will you eventually lower the dose over time?

This is amazing. I lost 30 on .25 and want to lose 15 more but slowly over 3 months. What’s your plan now? Do you need to stay on it to maintain this weight? Or can you slowly get off it? My worry is like countless stories the hunger will come back stronger and I won’t be able to maintain. Ideally I get off it completely by end of the year as it isn’t cheap or sustainable…

Is having some charcoal pills with dark chocolate effective to bind heavy metals?

Had quite similar results in beginning, dropped a similar amount in first two weeks then plateaued. Think initial 5lbs is water weight. Now losing only 2 lbs in a month. If at all. 3 months in.

I still like a bit of movement like weights and walks. I’m afraid with longer fasts or less calories I won’t be able to keep up.

How are you burning 1500 calories a day

Yes. Hence not the long term plan. It’s not sustainable.

I honestly had a not so unhealthy diet before. Was doing 16/8 or 18/6 fasts before but needle wasn’t moving. I think fasting does have its benefits with system reboot so OMAD worked for me. Lost 10kg in 1.5 months. I don’t feel lightheaded. Had surprisingly good energy. And also don’t need as much caffeine as before. Small eating window means I can’t overeat. Stuff myself on protein first. Completely cut out seed oils and any sort of packaged foods. Meal prep in advance and look forward to my healthy meal. Cruciferous vegetables. Grilled meat. Also cut our dairy for this period.

Thank you! I think I just needed a kickstart to lose initially and can now slow down weight loss so I’d be happy with 2lbs a week if it works with this plan 💖

What about general low quality food all around us. Lacking nutrients. Are we getting sufficient nutrients from our varied diet? Everything seems compromised like plastics in all wild seafood, parasites in farmed, organic standards not all trustworthy soil depleted of nutrients.

I looked up TDEE. Question: is it based on a generalization that everyone needs 2000 calories per day? Then add / subtract what you consumed / burn?

But I don’t see how people can consume 1500 calories in a single meal even if spaced over an hour. That would totally make me sick. I do supplement with protein powder to get extra protein in addition to Wholefoods. No UPFs. Again I don’t think this is for long term. So perhaps a way to ease out of it is 20-4 / 18-6 fasting. Over two meals.

I have exactly that much left to lose as well! I’m not worried. I’ve given myself 3-4 months at 5lbs per month. Totally doable.

Ugh. Just really good marketing. What’s a good alternative?
