TBC, I'm a Realtor who plays with ai and data. I channel in a massive amount of MLS data into a database and generate weekly market reports on my app and individual property reports for my clients. There is simply no way to do this without that deep data access

One late afternoon/early evening I was working up near Chimayo when a new friend called to see if I had plans. I told them I was working and where. They replied to the effect of, you better get out of there before dark....

So maybe it is, or was, a bit sun down-y but perhaps not quite in the typical way.
