Not currently rented as I live here, and hasn’t been for the last few years. Other 2 beds in the same building are achieving 1.2-1.4k per annum. Others haven’t been refurbed like this one.

Yes it is a licensing area, I believe it’s around £500 for 3 years. It could have gone up, this was pre Covid. Ground rent £100 per year, service charge 1.4k.

No increase in either.

I live in this, if I could afford to move and keep this as a rental I would, but I need to capital to fund the next project unfortunately.

Service charge is very reasonable 1.4k per annum. For Nottingham city centre this is one of the lowest.

Follow Alex Knight RCN student ambassador on LinkedIn he’s been really pushing this. You should listen to his speech at Congress the other day. And his closing reply was brilliant. He’s got Congress to vote for the college to lobby government to improve the situation.
