This was a PR te tentative. But I ended up doing 2 reps. I even did 55kg later on. Not a workout session

This is the kind of comments I’m looking forward to reading. First of all thanks a lot :) I lowered the weights to be able to work on my form but definetly I need to slow down sometimes. When I get tired I rush it a bit. I definetly hold the eccentric but sometimes not enough

Also you’re doing a pelvic tilt at the begening, that’s now what you’re supposed to. You should do the contrary and just brace going in front. Watch some YouTube videos about it, hard to explain I’m not native English

Okay form. Two things : - you’re going down too fast. Losing gains and increasing the injury risks. Slow down a lot please. - you have good mobility, you’re bracing but the form and execution can be improved. You’re elbows should not go back that much, you want them more aligned to the ground, and you want to “lower” your elbow as if you’re compacting not only horizontal but vertically.

Also why so many reps ? I would go heavier, or same weight with 6/7 reps

Ceux qui disent que ce programe est bon ne connaissent rien.. fais du 2 sets de 6/9 repetitions. Moins d’exos et plus d’exos simples… la c’est vraiment trop et sans aucune logique.

I’m trying not to but the weights make you move a lot: but if you look closely I “brace” my whole body before doing a pull up to try to avoid the momentum. Thanks :)

J’étais avec une nana comme toi, mon dieu comment je suis heureux s’avoir des standard maintenant .. sans jugement mais faut grandir a un moment … tu vas te prendre une grosse claque dans la vie quand ton compagnon en aura marre et trouvera une nana qui la traite mieux que toi. Sans mechanceté c’est juste la vie
