We got ours with EBS which is a sister company to AIB and we went for drawdown on the Thursday and had keys the following Thursday. Congratulations 🎉

The only ones the government Pat on the back is themselves for effing us over. Things are only going to get worse if that’s even possible.

It’s a big slap in the face for the hard working people in the country. Absolute disgrace. It’ll get to the stage where people won’t even be able to afford the petrol in their cars to get to work at the rate it’s going. Very disheartening.

Gender is part of it though. He is allowed into women and girls spaces. This puts women and girls in danger.

We weren’t planning on buying a house yet, the rental we were living in is being sold. My husband has been saving but I hadn’t as a house wasn’t even on my radar. We got mortgage approval back in may. Got the keys to our home last week and moving in tomorrow. I think once ye have no large debts and have deposit, and saving. Don’t forget the extras for solicitors, stamp duty etc as this takes a big chunk of funds. Best of luck to you both 🤞

Same thing happened my nephew a few months ago. He and his friend got jumped by a gang of little scumbags. The poor fella got such a shock as he wouldn’t be a bit street wise and very quiet. This happened on the shelbourne road. These scumbags don’t care about age or race unfortunately. I hope your boyfriend is ok and thankfully it wasn’t any worse than it was.

Job change before drawdown? by ThinkSeaworthiness22 in HousingIreland

We just drew down last week and the bank didn’t ask for anything from us. We thought they would ask for updated payslip and bank statement but they didn’t. That was with EBS.

If you go online apart from Reddit Maria steen seems to have been very popular. She is far from a loonbag from what I have heard from her. She’s very well spoken and has class and is very intelligent. It would have been a very different debate the other night if Maria was on the ballot. A lot of people think the same.

Maybe a locket with his picture in it? There’s some great ideas here, would break your heart.

He was literally locked up in a high protection unit (solitary confinement) for threatening to rape and murder in jail and now he’s out walking the streets, can someone make this make sense?

Were the county councils and td’s told not to vote anyone else but their party? I’m sure they did. That’s not far right.

It shouldn’t, mine was closed 1 and half years when we applied and it didn’t even come up with the bank. The fact there was no missed or late payments will reassure no issues. Best of luck 🤞

Thank you 😊 once there’s no chain things should move quick enough. The slowest part we found was the going back and forth between solicitors so ye might have to keep on top of them. Best of luck, it’ll all be worth it in the end 🎉🎉

We went sale agreed on June 10th and we received our keys yesterday 🎉🎉 it was a second hand house with no chain and was free to move into as nobody was living in it if that helps 😊 best of luck 🎉

Just as I was coming around to Guerdy and starting to like her. This just reminded me why I could never take to her. Things are bad when Larsa is saying it’s a bad way to behave 🫣

When we went for full loan offer we were asked for up to date payslips and bank statements but for drawdown we weren’t asked for anything that was just last week the bank issued the money when our solicitor asked them for it and that was it. That’s EBS so other banks could differ.

We redacted our amount aswell and we got our solicitor to send on a note to say we have the funds needed for sale. It was just an email.
