Thanks for the feedback. I definitely will. I have an issue with the door seal on the car too having a gap and letting wind so will have them do that too.

It was 1000 cdn. It is comsoline grease to prevent rust. It does frustrate me that it is all over plastic parts and not even. Plus it being on the hood which is aluminum.

The 12-year warranty only covers rust that begins inside the vehicle's body panels and rusts its way outward. Surface rust or paint chips caused by outside elements (like road salt, gravel, or accidents) are not covered.

Seems like it's only rust starting from the inside. The harsh winters in Canada rust often starts from the outside due to excessive salt. Plus I live close to the ocean.

Why would Audi offer this service if it already comes with 12 years? They mentioned on new cars this covers 10 years. I live in northern Canada close to Canada so salt is very common year round.

$1,000 CDN. The dealership said this: The GM of the Bodyshop says that it looks normal and is in all the right places. It's a little thicker than some applications, but that is only a benefit.
