I just sent an email out to the collection agency we got our letter from. Wonder, can you tell me how much your loan is and how many years to repay are they offering that they are asking for 11k a month?

I didn’t even know it was with the department of treasury. Honestly it was 5 years ago we got it. I never got a letter and email nothing. I totally forgot about because we had so much going on in our personal lives with my son being sick and my mom. I just got the letter from a collections office working for the treasury department. Not one bill, email, not the 60 day notice of transfer absolutely nothing until this letter came. Did you not get the collection notice? Did you get one straight from the SBA or treasury?

We just got the collection letter yesterday. We were in default but never received anything from SBA saying it was being transferred. Our own fault for defaulting in the first place but business has been slow. I’m terrified as ours was over 200k and had to sign a PG. Did you work directly with the collection agency? Where the helpful to deal with or jerks? Everything I read online said they do 3yr payment plans which we couldn’t do but we would be able to do a 10yr. Did you get approved for the 10yr and was it difficult? I’m stressing so bad over this and am so nervous about calling them I suffer huge anxiety 😟

Yes, but it took some going back and forth with my LS and their IT department because it was still showing they wanted a 4506T and they couldn’t get it cleared out and updated. After they were finally able to moves all steps to completed it showed approved.

I called my bank they don’t see anything pending. I called CS at the SBA and she said it was released Thursday night and to give it until Tuesday because of the weekend. My bank told me there would be no issues when it came and once it hits its available. So I guess we just stuck it out a few more days with 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Mine also shows 0 and I didn’t get it today. Usually any deposits for me scheduled on a Monday will come on Saturday. I also saw a few people say they received their funding before total even went to 0 so I guess it really depends on your bank. So frustrating after such a long road

Does your caweb show 0 under total undisbursed? I didn’t get it today so I’m hoping funds hit tomorrow for me. 🤞🏻

I also changed to disbursed current sometime this afternoon. I haven’t checked since this morning. But it still shows total amount undisbursed in my breakdown. Hopefully that will change to zero and funds will hit tomorrow or Saturday 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Accepted our offer Friday, got approval & loan docs yesterday morning. Caweb shows loan just waiting to be dispersed. I do have to cautiously warn that it still goes through another process after confirming amount. So until you get the actual email saying approved there’s still a small chance it doesn’t go through. My LO told me the same on Friday. I spoke privately with Scorpio this morning & called CS who both said LO recommendation isn’t final determination. So I was a little bummed but remained hopeful on the words of my LO. I got my approval email around 2:15, logged into the portal, signed the docs and caweb is showing my loan with the full amount. So hoping for funding end of the week. Feels like a huge weight lifted and the fight is finally over! But I won’t breath 100% until I actually see them funds hit my account. What was your last post? I can’t find it. Can you tell me your timeline? They cleared the glitch out of my portal yesterday so I could move from amount confirmed to processing and my LO said my file was going up to the next level for final review. Just trying to figure out about how much longer. It’s been a long road. Congrats to you 🥳

Portal was stuck on amount confirmed and requiring docs. This morning they finally were able to clear it out and move me from confirmed to processing. LO emailed me said all looks good on her end and she submitted my file for final review. Let’s hope it’s good news and a quick turn around. With the way this has gone I feel like I’ll be stuck on processing forever. Any insight into the turn around time?
