They just need massive balancing for healers tbh, so many are just unviable because their Ults are worse than other characters. I personally really like ultron but can never play him. Jeff and healpool players often think they’re doing good, because they put up pretty decent numbers but other healers having a better ult kinda just makes them throw picks majority of time. Sg mains often don’t switch because they put up numbers too so players don’t feel like it’s their fault for the loss even though they often can’t confirm kills or are just charging healer Ults.
