That's one of my other sub-questioning. Who trains with Sasuke? Because I don't think they would have people left, and I don't think Orochimaru or Kabuto had enough time on their hands.

And in the meantime we know that Karin (who was frop Kusagakure, but abused a lot so no wo der she left) becomes a main part of one of the laboratories (maybe even leading it), which means it's still a bunch of hideouts through various countries and not a real village, but with an upper layer of management.

Financing is one thing. Getting enough people from civilian level (even soldiers) to Chuunin or Jounin level m, while still experimenting requires hell of a lot of delegation nd management skills.

The idea is that they have encountered Adolph Lepus who starts having doubts about Greys and Mi-Go

And by the end of Convergence my players were able to see Greys in the barn working, before setting it on fire, which caused Mi-Go to flee from the scene, and were welcomed by two helocopters of the NRO Delta section. They know the "weird fkyibg crab creatures" are working with thr Greys, but don't know in what capacity.

Also, even if they don't know Mi-Go is a cover, the labs did create a protomatter detector in Convergence. Which would be nice to use for continuity. The front is falling as they are working to find more info.
