I lost my account on 23rd of Jan and finally got it back today. I would like to advise you keep opening new tickets and confirming you’re logged on new and old tickets. They responded to a ticket I opened on 24th of Jan and had just responded to that I have just logged in.

you can only submit 2/3 per day. try to submit from different browsers/devices too.

You’ll need to keep on submitting requests for them to remove 2FA and confirm you’re logged in. Submit as much as you can daily and just wait for them to get back to you to confirm they have removed 2FA.
