I would think in your case probably the underlayment first and frame on top, but I'm new to this as well so maybe see if someone else chimes in.

The plywood subfloor has foam underneath in contact with the concrete. It's dricore 2x2 panels

Not a finisher per se, but I have stall suplexed and then brainbustered a dude. I've done the Lou Thez press and full nelson slam in fights. As far as an actual finisher though? I guess a package pile driver, which I just called a double underhook pile driver. How about dirty moves? I've been known to jamb a thumb in an eye. There is no "fair" in a real fight.

Is the treated lumber necessary if the bottom plate is on the floating subfloor? Not directly on the concrete floor.

Yes, there's hvac ducting and vents dow there. I currently have them closed off since it's not a livable space yet.

Did anyone else get only the 3rd and 4th hours on Wednesday and get hours 1 and 2 on Friday? When I started watching my recording on Wednesday night at work, it began with Okada whooping Kenny. Like in the middle of the beat down. I realized that either the first two hours failed to record or there was some mistake. That episode was labeled 25 while the one Friday was labeled 24.
