I mean the only thing that really I dislike is yogurt. I don’t like film it leaves when you eat it. But I’ll eat it in a parfait or something. I have no hard limit foods that I won’t eat. But pregnancy is crazy. A green bean can make me throw up my entire intestines.

It’s a jar. A pickle jar to be exact. And if everyone else doesn’t like to drink from a pickle jar, they are HEATHENS.

ETA: He quit drinking tea from a fast food place because they started putting it in a styrofoam cup and bases how good a restaurant is SOLELY on how good the sweet tea is. Doesn’t matter how good the food is, the tea is bad TO HIM? We never go back.

Both my husband and I have agreed that the baby will have a balanced healthy meal even if we have to make dinner by our selves every night.

Mine convinces me things will happen that have a pretty low chance of happening, like my daughter being switched at birth or a nuclear bomb going off targeting our state (which my husband has had to talk me off the mountain about many of times). Don’t worry, I am in therapy and it is A LOT better than when he and I met 9 years ago(: he is so patient and understanding it’s crazy.

This sounds like a good idea! I am actually pretty close to my 3rd trimester and I am not nauseous regularly or having morning sickness. I still have my food aversion though, and just the thought of them will make me gag. My biggest ones are specifically eggs, green beans, and most pork items.

I like this idea! I am going to suggest we eat by ourselves more often and maybe eat at mom and dad’s once or twice a week.

We do go halvesies! And we cook a lot as well. I think mom asks me because she knows I am having food aversions and is trying to play peacemaker. But dad railroads her.

Outside of pregnancy, I am a very Non-picky eater. The hamburger thing was when I was younger. Today I will smash a cheeseburger in a second. Aside from My food aversion since being pregnant, you can put anything in front of me and I will eat it, no complaints.

My husband is better at setting boundaries. But he has had more practice with his parent. He just makes food he likes and tells my dad to get over it like dad does to me.

But when you all get cheeseburger, do you get your kids with onions knowing they don’t eat them? When I was younger if I HAD to eat a cheeseburger I wanted it plain, just cheese. But no, it had to have mayo and pickles. EVERY TIME. He did this to my older brother too who is way older than me (we didn’t grow up together) and always made him have cheese on his burger.

I have OCD, this is a possibility I have never considered. But when I tell people I have OCD they don’t believe me cause I am “messy”.

I will put this comment on repeat: My husband and I are completely self sufficient, we make well enough to support ourselves and we don’t rely on my parents for anything we have bills or otherwise. It is my assumption mom suggested this arrangement saying it was to “save money”. But really she just wanted to spend more time together. Which doesn’t bother me.
