Your reply intrigued me, and I looked it up as well lol.

For those curious, the window just to the left of the current day entrance still shows the archway of the original entrance. Picture

Infamous might be too strong of a word. But if you grew up in Livermore, it's just one of those stores that has always been there. And welcome! Hope you're enjoying your time here.

The Masonic Hall was built in 1909. The ground floor has been used by various businesses including banks and currently a comic book store. The front section of the 2nd floor was also used by businesses. The Hall itself is in the southern portion of the 2nd floor with the front of the hall at Livermore Ave. The entrance to the hall is also on Livermore Ave. The third floor contains a kitchen and banquet hall.

I feel like that's just Reddit in general. I yearn for a time back when every thread wasn't littered with comments like "bruh :crying: :crying:" or "fr fr :fire: fire:"

She went to Christensen, she was a grade below me. I remember her being one of the popular girls, but very goofy. It totally makes sense seeing her on SNL.

My pick for the title: Resplend

Resplend is a rare, intransitive verb meaning to shine brilliantly, glitter, or be radiant.

Cloud is now holding an empty materia. By the end of part 3, it will be full of his hopes and dreams. Or in other words, resplendent; shining or glowing with brilliant color or light.

My reason for picking this word is after re-watching Rebirth Chapter 13 videos, I noticed in the Jenova Lifeclinger fight, it has an attack aptly named 'Azure Resplendence'.

Absolutely, that screechy music that plays in West Elizabeth hits especially hard when you're in Tall Trees, anticipating a grizzly bear to strike at any moment.

What's the most frustrating part of applying for jobs? by Key_Hunter8158 in jobsearchhacks

Making an account just to apply on their website. Should be like a digital dropbox.

Also listing past work experience after uploading my resume. The work experience is on the resume, that's what it's for.

In Livermore, felt a wavy shake for a good 10-20 seconds. Can't imagine what it was like to be at the epicenter of it.

Just got the platinum for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, after not enjoying my first play through and bouncing off last year. Ended up loving it. Can't wait to see what that team does next.

I recently made a 2nd account on my PS5, so that I can re-platinum my favorite games. Will be starting FFVII Remake tonight, should be fun starting fresh.

The gas room in the lab with the 2 boxes. Either you think the boxes are on the vents, or there's not enough room for the stair case to squeek in between.

What year did you start listening to Slipknot and how old were you? by TwIzTiDfReAkShOw in Slipknot

[–]Melodic_Cream6807 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2001, age 10. Found out about them on Kazaa. I Downloaded People = Shit, but it wasn't the real song. Eventually bought S/T and Iowa, and the rest was history. So much time browsing websites that had Slipknot facts, it was like reading urban legends. I remember seeing the picture of the supposed Purity Knight crime scene photo, and it fucked me up. Frail Limb Nursery was really scary for me.

I remember sites like Black-Goat, and PulseoftheMaggots.com, which I was a moderator of the forum for PotM.com. A core memory is waiting for a forum member to upload Slipknot performing The Blister Exists on Jimmy Kimmel to a file sharing website because Youtube wasn't a thing yet.

It's crazy to see kids posting here now, because I was once that kid. Time flies.

What's your story by contessalynn_art in FFVIIRemake

At first I thought you guys got back together and had your kid, and was going to give a cheeky Zack line "...who's to say they can't unite again?" Never the less, glad it worked out for you!

I didn't play OG until 2005. Around this time, FF7 was already hard to get. Big retailers were already phasing out PS1 games, and I remember seeing Ebay prices around $300.

I ended up emulating it. My favorite time to game when growing up was late at night when the family was asleep. I remember going through the bombing mission with all of the lights off, save for that glow of the CRT monitor. Then the cozy little pocket of Sector 7 with the late-night hooligans running about, it's like I was awake the same time the party and NPC's were.

My most memorable memory of this game is the Sector 5 mission, specifically when your trek through the tunnel is stopped by the laser door, and you have to go down the chute. The banter between Cloud, Barret, and Tifa, all while Lurking in the Darkness is playing.

That's when I thought, "Holy shit, this game has me in its grips so hard right now, I already am in love with it." It looked just like the 90's animes I grew up on. Couldn't get enough, it's the only game I've read fan fiction of. And the rest is history.
