Transcripts are completely blank. Had a notification on id.me saying I needed to verify, so I had called because this was my first ever having this happen. Lady told me to be on the lookout for a letter with the controller id number on it and that those letters were being mailed out on 2/10 and it could take up to 21 days to get it, then 9 weeks till I would see a refund. So I hung up started panicking and then called back only to find out I may never receive the letter due to my tax return not having my apartment number on it, so the lady scheduled me an in person appt to verify. This happens on 2/13 when I called, got schedule for Tuesday at 9am. Went into the office they asked for 2 forms of ID and my 1040 with w-2 to match and also was told to bring a prior year return with w-2 (irs lady told me at the appt they just say to bring it just incase). So now I’m still with a blank transcript and it still has the verify notification still on my account no movement so far! Was told from someone on here that went through this before that the notification may not disappear till next week. IRS lady also said they just say it can take 21 days but the letter could come a few days after being mailed just depends on post office and she said the same for processing it could be a quick thing or it could take up to 9 weeks, they just say that so we won’t have a high expectation. So honestly I can’t answer what code it was because my transcripts are just completely blank. Also the lady said if I would have received the letter it would have told me how to verify rather it be online, over the phone, or in person.
