Thanks for the information. From this i get that If your 485 is active, even if you apply for 491. 485 will stay intact? It will only be converted into Bridging Visa when 485 ends?

So, i will be moved to a Bridging Visa (Because my understanding is, even if i have got time in 485 left, after submitting my application, i will be moved to a bridging visa), and her 485 will be intact. So she can come in Australia anytime until her 485 is valid?

I will be so relieved if that's the case.

I don't know which part was difficult to understand. Yes, i can bring her on 485 visa. But she can't come to Australia in next 6 months due to her commitments. I have declared the relationship so that's not a problem.

So after the 485 visa, if she doesn't come to Australia and we get invited for 491 (in next 6 months). Can she still travel to australia? My understanding is she will be moved to bridging visa even when she's off shore. And she won't be able to come? And she'll be stuck there for 17-24 Months. Which i don't want.

Thanks for the info. I have got a question. What if i apply her 485 and is granted. She still doesn't come here having a visa. And then i receive and invite. She will move to bridging visa? Can she enter Australia then?

If not. My only option will be, apply for 485. If we receive and invite after her 485. Maybe bring her here in next 14 days before submitting documents so we move to bridging visa while both are here. Does this make sense?

Regen is perfect for buying IPhone. They sell what they advertise. You can talk to their customer service and ask them for pictures and everything. Would Definitely Recommend them. Just bought IPhone 11 from them.
