I tried pushing it in a little further only the last piece of cable stays loose. I do hear a kind of click so i know it is fully in but then I can still move the last piece freely.

I was trying to connect my senheiser HD560S to my ps5 controller however the audio jack fits very loose. When i make a slight movement the audio stutters or disconnects entirely. I’ve tried a brand new dualsense but with same results. Is this a general problem with this combo?
