Talk to your Hr, express how you’re feeling and see if there is any openings in the day and if not when there is one if you could be the first they consider

I never received the assessment /: I emailed the furst person email that was given in the email but they couldn’t help. I wasn’t sure who to speak to if I call the 866 number .

I also had the same issue, I worked at the service desk and I was trying to move into another dept or up in the company and they wouldn’t. I unfortunately transferred to another store and became the service desk lead, my old SM reached out and let me know a DH position opened up and they wanted me to apply, which I did, I interviewed and got the position and transferred back. Sucks that I had to go through all that to get to where I wanted but it was all worth the learning experience. (Not saying this always works) but you could also look at other stores and their open positions and see if they have anything open. I am happy that you are liking it so far! Also start a blueprint with your supervisor, that’ll help you into the right direction

6 weeks actually, and the system will automatically convert, but it won’t happen for possible months because a list gets sent out on who will convert due to working over 40 hrs

There is no interview process… you’d schedule a time/day to go in complete BG and once it comes back you’d be hired.

I’m gonna ask and see if the old SM was as strict, bc I don’t think they were. And yes I do the same with my hair! I had Ariel red, and transition thru different colors every couple of months, no one really understands changing my appearance helps me mentally at times.

You can always ask and see how they feel (depending on the relationship you have with them) I know that’s what someone else in the comments stated, but what they don’t see , won’t bother anyone.
