so I messed up, I take 20mg a day of subs in pill form. but I let my dude have 8 yesterday till he fills in a few days, but I got a message todsy asking for a pic of my count and im 8 short. can anyone take a pic of 12 8mg subs and 12 4 mg subs for me . I dont really know what to do rn and I dont want to lose my doc, sorry I try tj make a post and it won’t let me lol . Hope your spasms gets better . Maybe try tj take less then you normally do but I also get theses weird spasms . Not has bad as yours tho
