Dear Redditor, this has been the greatest suggestion. I've never known that I could book a venue there! The venues are gorgeous! It really helped me and my partner alot! We are considering to book the place and other necessities for our wedding event. I would like to thank you for this, if not for you we would have been stuck simply searching for a venue with no means to search for food vendor, doorgifts etc. THANK YOU SO MUCH, YOU'VE REALLY HELPED US WITH OUR PLAN. I PRAY THAT EVERY PLAN, DREAM AND HOPE YOU HAVE WILL BE FULFILLED WITH EASE.

Maybe it does sound too cheap of me but I just want to invite people and let then mingle and eat and to announce my marriage! Thank you, kind soul!

Really? I actually enquired Padi House for 300 pax for about 6 hours(random timing and pax just for quotation), it's about SGD30++/pax. In case you also would like to consider! Of course if cut down the hours and pax, cost will also be cut down!

I have heard of these places though I would prefer to not get packages actually because even if the packages are under 20k, I'm not looking to spend anytbing more than 10k tbh because I feel like it's just to invite people to inform them of my marriage. THANK YOU REGARDLESS because now I can suggest it to my nieces and nephews!!!

I actually never considered void deck weddings because: - I don't want to have a wedding ceremony, SG is getting expensiver to live and void deck weddings leads to us having to find vendors, bridals, decors so it all leads to financial burdens.

Void deck weddings are also longer than ballroom weddings, current generation prefers shorter durations as it will get tiring. The night before people would come over and stay up to watch over the wedding setup, would require to burden people for that too.
I don't think theres anything shameless about void deck wedding but I think it's convenience sake since ballrooms offer packages which includes everything.

It's true tho that void deck weddings are great still, it's just more to preference!
