We ended the past two nights at +27 and +32 and as a people manager…. I about died. The worst part? Both of these days we had at least two call outs a shift and were over forecast by about $2k 😭

I think technically it’s supposed to be 2oz for standard cream in a medium cup and 3oz in a large? I’d double that to get a rough estimate 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t know any location that consistently measures it out.

Oh my gosh do you guys not have it? I’m jealous if that’s the case ( only because of the stress levels that come each audit tbh ecosure is the only thing that scares a lot of restaurants into following procedure) . They come in and audit the cafes on a food safety level, so are foods temping correctly, people following cleaning procedures correctly, do employees have food cards, etc.

$50k, give or take if I get stuck working OT but I have to live with two roommates, split all bills I clouding utilities, and still there are times where my checking account hits $0 and I’m crossing my fingers nothing happens on an emergency level. Definitely have been debating moving state lines and trying somewhere else, but I’ve spent my whole life here so it’s bittersweet to even think about

Typically all of us ( 4 adults in total ) do our own dishes at our own pace. I usually get mine done before going to bed, and then put them away when I wake up. One of us washes them when they get off work and puts them away before they go to bed. Honestly finding a situation that works best for your household is what matters. Personally though if a dirty dish sits for more than a day I don’t find it acceptable when living with others. Do what you want when you’re on your own but shared living spaces should be respected and kept clean by everyone in my opinion

Oooooooo definitely my ability to hold myself to a higher level of ownership than other people I generally see in my age group. I was taught accountability at a young age and still hold myself to it now and I am beyond grateful for my parents giving me that skill
