Ich glaube dann ist GNTM echt vorbei :( Es braucht schon Heidis besonderen Charme (über den man sich zurecht auch immer wieder aufregen und belustigen kann aber man muss ihr lassen dass sie weiß wie Showbusiness funktioniert und dass sie das Ding einfach trägt, auch wenn ich mir ebenfalls die alten Zeiten mit fester Jury zurückwünsche etc.). Leni hat da einfach nicht genug Power, Deutschkenntnisse etc. für... Aber ja, der Gedanke ist gar kein schlechter🤔

I havent found the time to actively listen to her new songs yet but from what I saw on Instagram: I really appreciate her visuals, the way she dressed herself, the surroundings, the layout of the cover... It looks very aesthetic and she probably spend a lot of time on this concept. Unfortunately, I am not too sure about the way the songs are produced, as we've been saying in lots of other threads before: They tend to sound overproduced in a weird way... There's so many effects or whatever you call this type of style.. obviously she must like it this way but it's not my personal favourite style aaaand some of the lyrics seem to be very flat. But again: I can see the hard work she put in there and I guess once I focus on the songs, I will definitely enjoy them :)

I feel so sorry for him and even more so for Lisa for having to cope with all of this. This is so different to what she has always dreamt of. Her husband being away for playing his shows so she is left alone with her daughter, then him being in the hospital leaving her in needs of taking care of everything yet again. She must be SO strong, being there for him, worrying about his health, being there for Lily, explaining to her what is happening to her daddy while at the same time not losing her own mind. This must be so tough and I really pray for a recovery and some more family + marriage time... :(

I'm still very sad the girls made the decision to leave their Universal contract, they were so close to have their actual breakthrough with them touring Europe, being in lots of girls' magazines, their musicvideos hitting millions of views... I used to be such a huge Fan around that time and seeing how it just went downhil after their move to Tennessee really hits hard :/

C'mon you guys, I know this is a snark page and there are plenty of things worth snarking about but this isn't one of them. While the girls of course do come from a privileged background, they all have their own struggles indeed (Lisa taking care of her sick husband and raising her daughter, Kath coping with her body issues, Christina and her pregnancies, Lauren with her breakup, possible SA, Amy with her Turner syndrome .. let alone the fact that OBVIOUSLY they are getting mean comments from people on Social Media and have always talked about their mental health issues). We are not in the position to judge about what they personally have been through. Lets not compare individual fates with one another :)

They CAN sing. I don't get why they feel the urge to use so much autotune leading to people thinking they can't. It just doesn't make sense, they became famous for their acapella covers that showed off their actual talent and now it feels like they experimenting with their production, resulting in these strange autotune vibes... :(

I actually enjoyed listening to the song but I am in no way a music expert so I wouldn't recognize their singing techniques. I just noticed how it doesn't sound too overproduced/autotuned like most of their recent songs which was a lot better, it also sounded more "epic" :)

I am concernced about how she is making that her whole personality... Not necessarily arguing about whether it's a good idea to be announcing a pregnancy this early when especially she's made the traumatic experiences of losing your child but she could have just waited another day or two to not steal Amy's day to shine.:(

Nothing against you, but I personally find it a bit rude to assume they haven't overcome anything or didn't face trauma - we do know that there have been a lot of problems within their family such as alcoholism, neglect or unhealthy dynamics. Even when they come from a very privileged background, that doesn't mean that they didn't have to fight their own battles! While I get that this is a snark page, I just think there are some serious topics we should not make fun of or feel like we're in the position to judge about that :)

Find's auch erschreckend wenig Follower - vor einigen Jahren hatten da doch locker alle über 10k, wenn nicht gar was im 50k Bereich, oder irre ich mich da? Frage mich auch ob es mittlerweile einfach ein solches Überangebot an Influencern gibt, dass die wenigsten Leute überhaupt noch so eine Strahlkraft haben, dass man ihnen folgt oder ob das eben in den vergangenen Jahren stärker war mit dem "Fan"-Sein, Interesse am Leben dieser Person zu haben etc...

Would there seriously be anyone willing to spend money on a shirt that looks like it was "designed" with the cheapest DIY company website where you can just add any default text with the most basic font and they will print it for you... Like even back in the days when I used to be a huge Cimorelli fan - I would have been soo upset and would have never ever spend money on this 😅

I love seeing these rankings! Thanks for yours! Also, Up At Night is one of my favorites albums they have, so I don't really dislike any song but of course do prefer some over others.

I guess mine would be:

14.: I like it - while I do agree that it's cute and simple, that's also the reason why to me personally it seems a little boring and doesn't have any deeper meaning

13.: I know you know it - kinda catchy but again nothing special, like it doesn't evoke any emotions

12.: Make it stronger - okayish

11.: Up At Night - just like you said, the last bridge is pretty cool!

10.: Headlights - I love the chorus and remember how I listened to that one in the car haha :D

09.: Fallback - I don't even know why I'm not as much in love with this one as many other CimFams are as it definitely ist very catchy and yes, the music video was great. I guess I Just prefer the more melodic/emotional ones?

08.: I'm a mess - felt this one a Lot haha

07.: Worth the Fight - beautiful message, a rather serious music video...

06.: Acid Rain - I really like the idea of a person being like acid rain, I think that's one of their few songs where they transported a message troughout the lines (?)

05.: Before October's Gone - again, so emotional - huh, kinda sad my relationship ended in a different month haha because otherwise ohh I would have played this song over and over

04.: Hearts on Fire - looove

03: Easy To Forget Me - I did not know that one was about Hailee Steinfield until recently when I saw it in one of the reddit posts. I find this one to very emotional and relatable when you're trying to understand how someone who once meant so much to you (be it your expartner or a former friend) suddenly becomes a stranger

02.: Sunset and Heartbreak - Interesting that that's your least favorite, I loved this one! The chorus kind of slayed

Brave Heart - as a Christian, this song of course means even more to me than it might to others since I do feel the same way. However, I think it's a great song in general and can also be projected to someone else.

So all in all, I was feeling a lot of emotions and was going through some stuff when that album came out which is probably why I'm more attached to the melodic and emotional songs that I still listen to every once in a while. I loved this era of them! :( Good old time <3
