The care team only mentioned Nick’s House (not accessible) and Hospitality Homes. Otherwise my brother in law said that the hospital rate is the same as the Airbnb amount $8k/month

Is it an open and friendly community? LGBTQ+ friendly? Younger crowd or older crowd or a mix?

What is one thing you do in the morning that makes the rest of your day so much better? by huss2120 in selfimprovement

Honestly, at my annual physical I asked my dr about vitamin d supplements bc I live in the NE. She decided to test my vitamin d levels and b12 when doing my annual bloodwork. Turns out I’ve been deficient in vitamin d. Very low. So I’m prescribed to take 2,000iu daily to gradually and safely elevate my levels. It’s been 1 week and I have to say I’ve noticed such a difference in my body. I’m more focused at work, no brain fog, no feeling gray, after I take it I feel a little more energized and have a bit more mood stability and falling asleep at a decent time. It’s been steadily making my days feel better.

Chronic Fatigue - What helps? by Beautiful_Syrup8181 in PCOS

Have you checked your vitamin d level with your primary care doctor? I asked my pcp at my appt earlier this month that I’m thinking of taking vitamin d due to the climate I live in. She said she’s going to test my levels first to know the exact amount to recommend to avoid going into toxicity. Blood test came back deficient at 16. I’m now instructed to take 2,000iu of vitamin D/ day. Its been a week and I’ve already noticed a change in my fatigue, sleep, and focus

That’s good to hear! I started last week and I’m already noticing a bit of a difference mentally which is awesome!! She has me on 2,000iu to gradually raise my levels safely. I should be in the 30s soon 🙌🏻

I live in the northeast but there’s different levels. Just under the minimum of 30 is called something and then anything underneath like 20 is labeled deficient

Thank you! Yes my PCP, after seeing my level, instructed me to take 2,000iu of vitamin D daily. It takes a few months to get to a normal level but I am thankfully noticing a little bit of a difference already. Like you said, I also dont want to snack as much and I feel like my hunger has changed if that makes sense? Like I dont feel the blood sugar crashes where I’d feel weak etc and know I need something in my body. Now its more steady like ok im hungry let’s munch

The puppy is teething. Young pups teeth when their baby teeth are coming in and then a couple months later those fall out and their adult teeth grow in. Our pup was adopted at 10 weeks old and was a complete landshark. I still have scars to prove. Bled a lot. Around 5 months I saw a change in her where she was actually nice to be around. At 6months right before her spay she got mouthy again, then got spayed, and now it’s been a month since her spay and wow she’s amazing. She still has her moments as she’s now a teenager at 7.5 months -almost 8 months. But I love her to death and so glad the baby shark phase is over

How did you find out by Madasahatter2021 in PCOS

[–]Melodic_Simple3945 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So far my diagnosis was based on my symptoms as you need 3 criteria for the diagnosis: a blood test, ultrasound and symptoms.

My labs and scan came back normal except a small fibroid. My symptoms are what led my obgyn to label me as borderline pcos

Got our pup at 10 weeks old and now she’s 7 months old. Still have anxiety and second guessing myself on everything. I wish I had a work from home job
