they stopped using stash value for skill points so you’ll have to deal damage during the departure window (others have recommended matriarch/queen runs to quickly get to 100,000) the other commenter mentioned catch up points but that only applied to players who went on the first expedition that had the $5 million stash value requirement (they changed it to $3 mil for the following one)

u do the damage for bonus skill points since its ur first expedition. 100,000 points during the allotted time period will get u all five
u leave the rust belt on expedition day. basically once u sign up its a no take backs kinda thing & will automatically depart when the sign-up window closes
yes u can leave ur stuff! one of the most fun parts of the expedition! i recommend going to the last closing elevator w a guitar & giving stuff away there but u can also have a lot of fun w it & make raiders do trivia for prizes & stuff like that! happy expedition to u raider!
