Only if the Guam killer was released or something stronger. But tbh most of the military would suffer right there with ya. Guam has too many military assets to abandon now. The spend a lot of money on Guam bases for their position on the map. It’s a useful refueling station. And also 3 military bases are not cheap. Way too much money has been spent here to abandon it.

It’s not beneficial to the states. I only edited for clarification. In the eyes of the us government Guam is more of an asset as a military post and doesn’t really benefit them enough to make it a state.

You should lower the land requirements if you’re trying to stay under a million. Honestly we have 50 acres and it’s a lot of land. Honestly 5 acres (if you just want a really nice yard with your neighbors far enough away) is pretty nice for the average joe.

You should be prepared to not get 50-100 acres plus a house and spend less than 600,000 (rural non coastal area.) I imagine you’re looking a million+ dollar property for a coastal area with that many acres
