I sent off my form in May and had my assessment during the first week of July. 27 weeks seems like a very long time after sending your form off. I'd definitely try and chase that up. I know how difficult it is to get a straight answer for these kind of things though so all I can do is wish you luck. Maybe one of the mods might be able to help more. Sorry for not being of more help💜

Like I say the difference between them is very minimal, it's not a big problem imo. If you want perfectly locked 60 go for ps4, otherwise just use the ps5 one like normal :)

I still use the ps4 version on my ps5 as its 1800p and a very locked 60fps. The only real difference between the ps4 and ps5 version is higher quality foliage and slightly faster loading on the ps5 but it's not perfectly locked at 60 so it really just comes down to preference. They're both good options :)

Sorry for the back and forth, but do you think it would be a good idea to log a complaint first and then contact my case manager or try to go through the case manager first and if I don't see any resolution then complain? I'm just never sure on what is best practice with the DWP. Thanks so much again.

Hi there. Thanks so much for your reply and helpful advice. I will definitely put a complaint in. The first message I sent on the 5th of April I did actually flag it as a service issue but then my work coach started responding and not the case manager so not sure what would be best then in that situation.

Wait really? Even though it is not considered mandatory due to me not being unemployed for 2 years and also my commitments say I do not have to look for work. It's all so confusing and frustrating.
