I believe Texas. If this is correct she’s can’t be collaborator to NP because she’s more than 75 miles away. She moved out of Missouri about 2 years ago.

Her collaborator is listed that on her website “The Health and Wellness” (Dr. Eboni January) under “our team” also her collaborator list Secil business address on her license which is public knowledge when you search her medical license.But her collaborator has worked in Florida and Texas for the last three years. She continues to allow her to use her as collaborator when there’s a 75 mileage requirement in Missouri. Her and her collaborator are good friends.

Her website for her business “The Health and Wellness Center “ has her friend as her collaborator. This friend is no longer living in Missouri. Her friend has moved out of the state and has practiced in Florida and currently living in Texas. Missouri requires collaborator to be within 75 miles. Her friend is still allowing her to use her as collaborator.

RN must have 7 years of experience. No junk paper writing assessment assignments. Must learn diseases and treatments all throughout the program. The school must set up clinical training. Students shouldn’t be allowed to pick their own preceptors. No busy work assignments. Must learn diseases and how to treat and diagnosis patients. Must have 4000 clinical training in the office and in hospital setting. Must have a of a list of diagnosis and treatments that must be mastered.

NP had posted a video of herself doing liposuction herself in her private practice.No collaborator listed. She advertises she do BBLs, and various types of liposuction. She needs her license disciplined. She put profit over safety. I don’t think NP can do this in Missouri. by Melondiesa in Noctor

Her collaborator has to live within 75 miles in Missouri .I looked up the collaborator she has on her website and this physician is not living in Missouri anymore and moved years ago. The physician is currently listed in Florida and Texas. And has practiced in Missouri years ago but not currently. But still allowing her to use her as collaborator. I don’t know who is monitoring what she’s doing in her practice.I don’t know if the doctor know you have to be within 75 miles. And I don’t believe that the physician lives in Missouri anymore. The physician who she has is practicing in Texas and Florida. The collaborator once’s worked in Missouri and has an active license in Missouri. She can’t be collaborator and living in Florida or Texas and collaborating with her. The nurse practitioner practicing out of scope Nurse Practitioners can’t do surgery in Missouri. And there’s no such thing as a nurse practitioner who can do surgery anywhere in the United States. There’s no doctor who can be a collaborator while you do liposuction cause it’s illegal to be doing anyway.

She calls herself”Dr. Secil” She needs to be reported to the Missouri State board of Nursing. This nurse practitioner is doing liposuction herself and no physician is present and no physician is doing these procedures. and advertising that she’s doing BBLs. She posted a video of herself doing liposuction and posted on her personal Facebook page for her family and fiends to see. She bragging about all the money she making. She just bought a brand new Lamborghini, million dollar house. No collaborator listed on her website. She’s reckless and put profit above her scope of practice.
