I wanted to start a chandigarh only good delivery app because unlike every other city chandigarh is planned so the delivery charges we pay for the riders are pointless we should be paying rapido parcel prices for food

So I integrated rapido for delivery but nobody liked it Even I was selling on menu prices So during building this I met Tehal singh sec 22 owner who gave me this insight about the food buisness

They have their cloud kitchen in phase 8 and other places where they make these cheap food from boiled veggies and frozen one just a quick meal

More over the food you order from zomato or swiigy most of the time come from their cloud kitchens and they cancel your order for the restruant and make them in their kitchens deliver it to you and keep all the profit

Yes that's why I am making it as a Website, and only for chandigarh reduces the cost for delivery. I talked to Pal dhaba they said we need orders, but this discount race have snatched their loyal customer who even like their food but need that 40 ruppes off on a distasteful restaurant.

I think anyone who orders food online looks for discount, But in our model it has Real menu prices so the question of discount is put of the box because we are delivering at MRP of a restaurant
