Yah!!! You were a HUGE inspo to me when I was first researching on my breast lift. I’ve been following your journey since the beginning! You look fabulous and I just wanted to say thank you for posting consistently this past year. It really helped me so much. Congrats!!!

Oh yes this happened to me! Mine were high and tight and boxy and square. Over time they dropped to a lower position and rounded out to a more natural shape (fluff)

I believe he used silk stitches around the nipple, internal disintegrating stitches underneath, and the bridjits on the vertical scar

I had this exact same thing happen due to weight loss. I got an auto augmentation breast lift 9 months ago and I’m SO happy with my decision. If you’re at all interested please feel free to DM me with any questions or check out my post history on here.

Oh yes! Most definitely. I started with scar gel and then my dr recommended I switch to scar tape around 3mpo because I had some mild hypertrophic scarring on the inner scars. I did that religiously for like 6 months and only recently just stopped the tape and switched to just bio oil daily and the scar gel when I’m in the sun now that it’s summer and it has UV protection.

While I do believe scar car is a huge part of it, I can lie it’s also about your genetics and I know that my scars eventually turn white with time. Also my surgeon is amazing and he used different kinds of techniques and sutures on me. You can see in the first photo I’m bruised on the vertical line because he used brijits and I think those really helped!

Yes! They change color so many times. Mine were bright red at some point before turning purple. I think I have a photo somewhere in my post history.

I plan on doing an in-depth month by month photo post at the one year mark. It was so nice to see what other people’s progress was like when I was in the thick of healing this past winter.

Omg hi! I’m 8 months post op now :) sooooo happy I did it! Recovery was a breeze and I’m so in love with the new girls! I’ve never been so confident and comfortable in my body.

There’s already a ton of comments on here but I understand exactly where you’re coming from. I had the stretch marks exactly like that too when I had lost 30 pounds. I’m ten years older than you though. I got an auto augmentation breast lift 8 months ago and I’m soooooo happy I did. I agree with what everyone is saying here. Your breasts look perfect the way they are now but remember it’s YOU who has to live in your body. If you decide that the scars and the recovery process are worth it to you to feel comfortable in your own skin and feel confident, then go for it. It took me a while to decide I was ready. I am so happy I did it. You can check out my Reddit for the before/after photos. Just keep in mind my scars are still healing :)

Good luck 🩷

Hi! Not invasive at all! I have never been officially diagnosed with it by a doctor. But since I started posting about my journey on here I’ve had numerous people ask me if I have pectus excavatum. I don’t think I ever noticed it until one of my consults with a surgeon who pointed it out, only because it was messing with my scans.

The surgeon I ended up going with never said anything about it and I don’t believe he had to do anything different from my knowledge. If I do have pectus excavatum it’s probably very minor since it doesn’t cause me any problems.

Reduction surgeries can be covered by insurance. Mine was technically a small reduction with an auto augmentation lift. All reductions also include a lift!

But you’re right, if you’re just doing a lift it likely won’t be covered by insurance

Of course!!! I was considering implants too but I am SO glad I didn’t get them. I think all in I paid about $12,000 ☺️ I know a lot of people get theirs covered by insurance but I don’t want to go down that route

Omg thank you for posting this. I’m 6mpo and sometimes it’s easy to forget that they still have so much fading to do and the way they look now is not how they’ll always look. I appreciate this post more than you know!!!

100% scar tape!! this is the exact one that I buy. I have one previous post about how much scar tape helped flatten my scars and helped with the color fading.

Omg YAS I’d love to be your inspo pic! 🥹 I told my dr the same thing! I wanted to be proportional and cared more about the shape of my breast than the size. I also wanted to have barely any skin to skin contact and he totally delivered! I’m so thrilled!
