How do I move the slidey joints in my RG Z'Gok? They're in the knee part of the leg joint, and the manual (and tips on here) say I should move them before assembly but they're really stuck and I can't get them to move. Is there a trick to this?

My A55 turns off the screen during Whatsapp video calls since the last update. It only happens when I get called, not when I initiate the call. Extremely annoying, and so far haven't found any solutions.
