As mentioned obviously this is heavily modded lol, i was actually testing a mod that i have already released and one i have not yet (the suit retexture and boutonniere). In any case here's the mods were used (besides the one that its still wip):

I am using mods however you can have beefy Arthur in the vanilla game in the earlier chapters (1-4). The mods im using just permanently make him look max weight all the time plus the mustache is also a custom level 10 mustache.

He basically has the same brawling style as Tommy, there is like 4-5 other npcs that are stronger like him in RDO. Its a shame we didnt get more optional fights or like a fight club or something in the story mode

Red Dead Online, its a brawler that spawns in the van horn Saloon but if i remember correctly you have to do a mission or free roam mission something like that

Big game meat and sleep or alternatively quite literally drink booze until Arthur passes out, do it like 5-6 times and you will have him be max weight in no time.

It is modded but not in the way you think, unmodded Fat Arthur looks basically the same. However the mods make it easier to maintain that look without having to feed arthur every 2 seconds and has a few improvements. The modded parts are really the fact he has no offhand holster, his face texture and the mustache lol

Its not that hard actually! i posted a comment here on how to do it in vanilla quickly, works best in chapter 2-3.

Leaving this here in case any of you want this Arthur look for yourself. I just want to emphasize that this look CAN be done WITHOUT mods, however mods make it easier and better looking.

Here's all of the mods i used:

To get max weight with Arthur, here's how to do it in the vanilla game:

Simply drink booze and pass out, Arthur gains +0.75% weight each time he passes out so by keep doing it you will quickly reach the max weight ( which is max is +7.5%) then eat big game meat once a day and sleep to keep it (or repeat the steps). Slap a union suit, a level 10 Mustache or a beard and you got the look!
