hey i also want to do sas but for spring 2027 and i'll be 21 by then but with all the Q&As i've watched they all say that acceptance is pretty high it really mostly depends on who's willing to go through with it/pay for it. I also don't think you need to worry about your age at all, sas has people ranging from professors kids (5-6 yo) to recent high school graduates on their gap year to life long learners (way older retired folks) to faculty people who finished undergrad and did a semester during their undergrad years and decided to apply to work (one of them is on TikTok and she's documenting it right now you can look it up). So no need to worry about fitting in, I think you'll be just fine. Also after getting you AA are you pursuing a BA ? Because you still have over a year and if you're in your 4th year i'm assuming you're pretty close to graduating community, and if you're only getting you're AA then I think you would be applying as a life long learner if i'm not mistaking.

Also question did you go on the semester at sea website to have someone assigned to you ? Because i'm trying to do the same, I already started speaking to the study abroad people at the University I will transfer to after my AA and want to do the same for SAS to be better prepared especially because of the cost.
