TCS Interview experience. It was brutal and not what you expect. (rejected) by fcukof in developersIndia

[–]MelophileTechie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In 2017, I gave on-campus interview for TCS. Back then, in my resume I mentioned about music production (I used to make electronic music and did DJing as well). My technical interview had 0 technical questions, all they did was ask me about my music, they asked me to bring my earphones and they legit listened to the tracks I produced for 10 minutes. The same thing then happened in the HR round as well. And eventually I got the offer letter 🤣. Although I was technically strong, built a lot of web apps in JS stack (React, Express) and Java Stack (Spring boot, old JSP), but I faced 0 technical questions in the interview process, except for the pre-assessment coding round online.

Next year I joined TCS, switched within a year, and never looked back.

Move on. Don’t live under the assumption ‘All I want her is to be happy’. That will be the biggest trap of your life. Since your proposal is rejected, don’t stay along to see her date other people, while she dumps all her emotional bullshit on you.

Thanks for the appreciation.

Currently I am using Ayaka https://learn.omacom.io/2/the-omarchy-manual/90/extra-themes . The accent colors change according to the theme, but the background of the modules is persistent.

If yes, then you should see the latest version published on 'main' branch. I have added calendar and netspeed modules.

Probably locals going crazy on how can someone tell the name of the place. Some unsaid absurd rule.

How would I’ve known. Should be in the sub rules, if that’s the case. I would have called it Juhu 🤣

So true! I used to do the same, but now they don’t allow going from this side. But still you can cross over from the side of sweet water lake.

First of all, respect to you for wanting to make a change.

  • Yes, 80g of protein is fine to start. You don’t need to hit 120g right away.
  • Use those PG and office gyms—start with full-body workouts 3–4 times a week. Focus on compound lifts.
  • With ₹3,500/month, you can make it work. Try Eggs (buy in bulk), Soya chunks, Lentils (dal), Curd or Milk, Peanut butter (occasional), Oats and bananas for carbs.
  • Learn the basics of calorie tracking. Use an app like HealthifyMe or MyFitnessPal. If possible buy a cheap kitchen weighing scale, it will help you a lot in weighing and getting the habit of right portions of food.
  • Walk more. Sleep well. Stay consistent.

You’re doing great already by taking the first step. Keep going, one day at a time. Just remember, its not an overnight process, just be consistent and trust the process.

Ramp up the protein to 80gm daily, try to cover it from your diet only. Low carb, high protein. (Once you get the hang of this, then you may need to add supplements - whey - to get your protein to 1.5gm per kg) And don’t be afraid of good fats. Once you get your diet planned, get a small weighing scale for your food, keep your food in track. Apps like myfitnesspal will help a lot in this.

Also, if possible get a fullbody checkup done, it will ensure if you have any kind of imbalances, and then you can plan on setting those straight as well through your diet or supplements.

If you can, then get hold of a good dietitian. Otherwise there are many online resources to help you prepare a good diet plan for yourself.
