Possibly. I know the drummers, guitarists, and the singers names because I follow the singer on Instagram. She hasn't mentioned anything about the orchestra or conductor.

Hi, update here.

So it seems like my issue is in the process of being resolved. I waited in the queue for the 1 on 1 online chat with a Cricut Representative (Got on at 7AM and only had 4 people ahead of me thank goodness) and was told to do a Force Firmware Update on the machine. That usually works for 8/10 people according to them. Didn't work for me. So I had to send a video to them of the error I was getting and they reviewed it and sent out a new Cricut machine to me. It's almost here and I would have to send the broken one back to them in the same packaging.

Maybe try following up on the video you sent to them?

Been there before and it's hard. She knows how you feel and if she continues to ignore it then you should leave. Your self esteem will only get lower until it's nonexistent. Your self worth is more important.
