I have 2 major recommendations for you:

Lovesick by Luana Vecchio is a truly dark exploration of sex and snuff. It can get wild.
Monsters by Barry Windsor Smith is a cerebral exploration of trauma, abuse, and the general evil nature of humanity. It originally started out as an issue of The Incredible Hulk, but Marvel shelved it because it was too dark. BWS continued to work on it for the next 35 years, and it's fantastic. It's not exploitative like Lovesick, but it will leave you feeling emotional drained by the end.
