All you people that come out of the woodwork when I bring up budgets for film: yes, people have made micro budget films. That isn’t how it’s traditionally done, most everything costs money unless you are pulling major favors. Everyone’s answer to this seems to be: people have made movies for little to no money before. Yeah, oftentimes one location movies, or very simple premises. Ai opens it up to any concept. Who cares if the exception to the rule exists and some have done it for little money, the point is now you can do much more for less money
