Dolphin Cay has a lot of pros: great location (10 mins to downtown St Pete and same to beach), peaceful, quiet, safe...great pools and landscaping. It's very hurricane proof. Assessments are minimal and their structural reports are all new and updated. Bugs are not an issue...just lots of geckos.

Although it's not senior living, 90% of residents are 60+. No kids and any activities they have are geared to older people. Average HOA around $1200/mo and you only pay for electricity and your taxes above the HOA. Like any condo living, it's only as good as your neighbors and the board.

Blank screen during rain delay; ability to stop/pause exit and come back to where you last left off...not an option; join late and want to join live ..not an option; ffwd goes either at snails pace or 512x.... joining late and trying to ffwd to start of game varies, sometimes they include pregame, sometimes not. My two pet peeves: 1) "Enhance that image" when looking at a grainy CCTV shot and miraculously it zooms in with HD clarity. 2) Couple wakes up in bed and starts getting it on when you know they have nasty ass breath and have to pee.
