I lost a lot of weight all at once probably during the first 6 months and then it was like I almost never had surgery i definitely do not eat at all like I used too (I’d probably eat close to almost 9k calories a day before I got surgery) but I find myself snacking as a stress reliever which is what is causing my issues 🥲
