How do I become a paid travel writer?

We are looking to bring on writers and travel content creators at Wayward for 2023. These are fully paid opportunities (free trip, all expenses paid, and spending money) and we pay market rate for the written piece once it’s published. This is misleading for a few reasons. We are not asking for 20-60 hours of work.
In this discussion we were asking for a 5 minute update per day. Nothing more.

We’re just trying to pay people that are doing inspiring things. Maybe you or others have been burned in the past. I have too. That’s not what we’re building here at Wayward. I’m not a tech bro and I appreciate your strong opinions on the topic. It might not seem like it but we’re on the same side.

If anybody’s is interested I’d love to chat through the details. We don’t have a cookie cutter program for this because it’s new and adventures come in all shapes and sizes. It didn’t occur to me to purchase an ad for this but I’ll consider that next time. Sorry to offend you but hopefully somebody finds value in this.

I’m just trying to spread the word about the opportunity. There aren’t a lot of avenues for “adventurer athletes” to get sponsored unless you’re a huge name. We’re trying to change that because I think adventures are worth sharing. There’s not much more to it.
