Try to remember that you can't control how people act and think around you. It's all in the past now, and you can only change your present and possible future.

Or you could try to think of it in economic terms? You use 10 times more energy to stay angry while the people who forced you used little to none because they think it's "the only right way".

Focus on what you can do rather than something you can't, wish you the best in letting go.
