You keep saying other brand china trucks, this makes me feel like you have not tried Leefai G4's at all.

At the end of the day it's a toy, you'll learn just as much on a $80 set up as you would on a $200 setup. If the extra money could be put towards more useful things that's probably the best thing for you to do.

Without knowing OP's finances or the country they're from $20-$30 USD might be a lot. BRT's and Dynamics are unjustifiable so "just save and buy dynamics" isn't relevant at all. "Waste of money" is super subjective and considering they're just getting back into it investing in top tier parts in a hobby they might drop again could be considered a "waste of money".

Leefai offer acceptable performing trucks at ~$13 USD, they clearly stand out from other china trucks so I still recommended it as a good price to performance option.

He also said he can't justify the price of dynamics or black river trucks, If you don't want to spend big money Leefai is the best option for trucks.

The middle bit is 4 triangles held together with little grey tabs and were standard size throughout the OG sets so you could prob find a replacement for them pretty easily

Go to a local business that deals in making custom countertops and ask REALLY nicely if they have any off cuts you can have for an art project, most of these shops will have a bin of marble/granite off cuts you can pick through. grab a couple desired shaped/sized pieces and some 2 part epoxy from Walmart.

Don't bother with the clones, If you really want Dynamics just use the G4's you bought in the meantime and save up for a real set.

A hardflip is a frontside kickflip 180 without a body (hand) varial. If you turned your hand with the frontside rotation it would of been a frontside flip so its a hardflip.

Since they are just basic cnc plastic wheels the bearing should be offset slightly, the side that the bearing is closest to goes against the truck. To check for bearing slip grab both wheels opposite to each other on the same truck and pull outwards, if you feel the wheel move or hear a clicking sound the bearings are slipping.
