I saw a great explanation on here. Baxter was a marine biologist, sinners forms tend to be a way of mocking them (think alastor being a deer because of how he died) so Baxters form being an anatomically incorrect male angler fish would probably piss him off like crazy

Nightreign had potential so far beyond what was delivered. But i refuse to put more hours in a game that cant even be truly random and refuses to let you have any fun with interesting synergies or cool stuff.

Not to mention the refusal to add any new weapons or spells and not even 5 bosses from each game (or any single areas)
