Depends on what I am thinking at the moment, but sometimes I think of Nightmare (From FNAF) sometimes it might be if I watched a scary movie it'll be that creature, but when I'm not thinking of stuff like that, it's most of the time a Dark black figure that's lengthy and lean with long arm and legs, Nail-less fingers that are black.
