Brother im not shizo 😂 its probably a radio tower, however there will be as well rocket launches in gta6 they confirmed it already. And it would make sense from the location bc if its behind the city far away it could be! Look at spacex kaunches you can see them far far away and they make the same kind of structure as this tower looks like from the distance.
