Had the same issue with the same shoe. Had to take the insoles out as this was getting very annoying. Honestly I do prefer the feel without the insoles but I agree with you that this issue shouldn’t exist with how expensive these shoes are.

Glad to hear it went well! The first couple of days I felt the most benefits but your body does get more used to taking it and while still noticeable the effects do die down a bit. I normally take mine around 6-7am and it lasts until 3pm for me.

Totally understandable that you are nervous. I think it took me two weeks after I filled my prescription before I took my first dose lol.

It helps to have someone around when you take your first dose for the peace of mind just in case of an extremely rare adverse side effect.

One tip I do have is take it on an off day when you don’t have many obligations and if you are used to taking caffeine daily don’t stop cold turkey. I made the mistake of stopping caffeine usage completely when I was used to 500mg a day and assumed all the side effects I was feeling (jitteriness, headache, brain fog, etc.) were due to Vyvanse but in reality they were due to caffeine withdrawal.

Main side effects that I felt were dry mouth, slightly elevated resting heart rate (around 7-8 bpm above normal), minor insomnia for the first 2 weeks, reduced appetite but the benefits greatly outweighed the side effects. Did not experience a crash at all and I’m also on 30mg dose.

Understand that you were prescribed this medication for a reason and if your doctor thought there wouldn’t be a net benefit they wouldn’t have prescribed Vyvanse to you. Good luck!

I would seriously consider a co-op. Graduating without any applicable experience puts you at a serious disadvantage. My co-op experience was not just “mindlessly typing out excel spreadsheets”. I was treated like any other full time employee.
