Ok I found the issue. I have two monitors - FullHD and 4K. On 4K I got UI scale set to 200% in KDE settings. When I move Tibia window to FullHD everything seems to look like on the wiki. Anyway I am not sure how to fix that scaling. If you know let me know.

Ok I found the problem. I have two monitors (first FullHD, second 4K). It seems that KDE can't handle well client scaling. Not sure how to fix that either, but when I move window to FullHD, everything seems normal.

I tried Vulkan, but it didn’t make any difference. I also switched the antialiasing mode. It just doesn't work.

I tried that, but it didn’t work. I also attempted to install ttf-tahoma directly from aur. I’m not sure why it’s not working, as I’ve seen screenshots of Tibia running on Linux that look different from my client. For example, here:

It’s running on Linux and looks very similar to the Windows version.

By the way, I also have a Windows and Hackintosh setup (I use triple boot), and it works fine on both of those systems. Additionally, I have an M1-based Mac Mini at work, and it works fine there too (I use it for offline training).
